12/22/2020 - Barrack, Rodos & Bacine has brought a number of class action lawsuits against several insurance companies that have uniformly denied the claims of businesses forced to either shut down entirely or offer limited service as a result of government orders relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. The complaints in those cases allege that the companies’ denial of the claims was improper and that the claims under the policies’ business interruption and related coverages should have been honored.
