Barrack, Rodos & Bacine Announces Proposed Settlement of Stone Energy Derivative Litigation

2/18/2010 - Barrack, Rodos & Bacine, co-lead counsel for plaintiffs in the derivative action brought by shareholders of Stone Energy Corporation, is pleased to announce that the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana has granted preliminary approval to a proposed settlement of the action. The Court has scheduled a hearing for March 23, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. in Lafayette, Louisiana to determine whether to grant final approval of the proposed settlement.
