BR&B Moves for Third Distribution in Cendant Corp. Litigation

04/01/2010 - On April 1, 2010, co-lead counsel Barrack, Rodos & Bacine, moved, on behalf of co-lead plaintiffs the New York State Common Retirement Fund, the California Public Employees' Retirement System and the New York City Pension Funds, for an order authorizing a third distribution of the remaining Net Settlement Fund.
