Securities Litigation
We have represented institutional clients as securities and evaluation counsel longer than any other firm – and has had more continued representation of those clients – for a reason. Our litigation philosophy is client-centered and simple: Integrity. Service. Results. We maintain our integrity by being extremely selective in the cases we recommend. We provide superior litigation services by effectively, efficiently and aggressively pursuing the cases we do recommend. And our results speak for themselves. We continue to achieve record monetary recoveries for our clients and the investors they represent.
Integrity – Case Evaluation
We evaluate all potential securities claims made nationwide, to assist our clients in deciding whether to seek leadership roles in securities class actions, to file an individual action, or merely to monitor the progress of a case in which they have a financial interest, but are not actively involved. We analyze each newly-filed securities case to determine whether it is a meritorious case that would benefit from institutional investor leadership. Our senior lawyers, most of whom have more than 20 years experience in the field, participate in the evaluation of new cases. Only after our case evaluation team has concluded that a case is of “institutional quality” do we consider contacting a client about the case.
Service – Securities Litigation Services
We are committed to providing the highest quality litigation services to our clients. Combining vigorous advocacy with creative approaches to litigation, we have achieved outstanding results. Because each securities litigation matter is unique, we staff each matter in accordance with the needs of the case.
We recognize that every client is unique and we tailor our litigation services to conform to the needs of the client. We have found that some funds prefer to be very involved in all aspects of securities litigation. Other funds prefer to involve themselves primarily in evaluation of settlement offers and fee proposals. We are committed to a model of client contact and coordination during litigation that best suits the needs of the client as well as the demands of the litigation. And the principal litigators in any given matter are always available to answer our clients’ questions regarding case status and strategy.
