Ohio AG Cordray and Investors Agree to $475 million settlement of Merrill Lynch class action
01/16/2009 - Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray announces that the board of the Ohio State Teachers Retirement System, the lead plaintiff in a securities class action lawsuit against Merrill Lynch filed in 2007, has approved a $475 million settlement with the company. Barrack, Rodos & Bacine is co-lead counsel for the Ohio State Teachers Retirement System in this litigation.
