Leslie Bornstein Molder
Leslie Bornstein Molder, a partner in Barrack, Rodos & Bacine, joined the firm in 1983. Ms. Molder has been active in all aspects of BR&B’s practice, including prosecuting securities class actions, antitrust class actions, and policyholder actions against insurance companies, and representing both sides of litigation between brokerage firms and their customers.
Ms. Molder oversees BR&B’s portfolio monitoring services for institutional clients. She is also the firm’s settlement attorney, specializing in documenting and effectuating settlements of class actions and assisting clients throughout the settlement process. Ms. Molder is the editor of the Barrack Bulletin, the firm’s publication for institutional investors.
