Julie B. Palley

Julie B. Palley, an associate in Barrack, Rodos & Bacine’s Philadelphia office, joined the firm in 2008. Before joining the firm, Ms. Palley was counsel at the Pennsylvania Securities Commission. At BR&B, Ms. Palley has been a member of the firm’s litigation teams representing investors, including state, local and union pension funds, in securities class action litigations and derivative actions. She is also a member of litigation teams pursuing claims for violations of the federal antitrust laws on behalf of small businesses and other individuals who have been injured by price-fixing conspiracies.

Ms. Palley graduated from the University of Pennsylvania cum laude in 2003 with a double major in Communications and Psychology with honors. Julie received her J.D. from Temple University School of Law in May of 2007. At Temple, she was on the Dean’s List and received an award for distinguished class performance. Julie was also a member of the Law School’s budget committee, the Women’s Law Caucus and the Jewish Law Students’ Association.
